Hello! My name is Daniel Fraser and I am a Canadian game designer.

Like many designers, I fell in love with games when I was young. I enjoyed many of the classics on PS1 and PS2 and set myself on the path of becoming a developer to create these wonderful experiences for others. In post-secondary, I began as a computer science major with a keen interest for all things technical. But as my knowledge of the industry grew, I became extremely invested in the world of design and how these experiences are drafted before the first line of code is written.

This passion led me to Sheridan College’s Game Design program, where I would fall deeper into the world of design and game development. I leveraged my technical skillset from computer science to shape myself into a very resourceful designer with an eye for detail from design to implementation. Additionally, I gained amazing hands-on experience working with tons of talented people in my program and in our industry!

I continue to build my skillset through personal projects and researching the games I regularly play. I hope to one day contribute to the same experiences that ignited my passion for the games industry and to work with more awesome developers whom I can learn from.

Outside of games, I am a huge fan of both ice hockey and wrestling. I love the Chicago Blackhawks (Not Toronto, sorry) and I also play hockey myself as a Forward. From time to time I enjoy video editing and streaming.
